Customer experience

This tool is used to document sustainable (environmentally or socially and to at least in some degree economically viable) mobility solutions (for example, new policies, technical solutions, new services) from Baltic Sea Region cities. The aim is to help a small team of stakeholder representatives to assess the impact of a mobility solution in the operating conditions of their own city and spread experiences and good practices to other cities in a format that is hopefully usable in different situations as well.

You have been invited to represent a customer organization or an organization affected by this mobility solution. We value your input, but should you not want to participate, you can forward or share the link you received to another person. However, only one response will be processed, and we would like to get this information by the end of this month. We do not record any personal information, and we trust your opinion to be honest.

Responding to the statements should not take time more than a few minutes. However, we start by presenting our description of the mobility solution in question and then present the statements.
